Yes. Registration and verification problems can cause real customers to abandon a platform, so companies commission VeriFlow to identify where genuine users get confused, delayed or blocked. Before accepting a test, you are told which platform is involved, what actions are required, the expected time and the payment. You are paid for completing the assigned flow carefully and reporting what happened; participation is always optional.

No. VeriFlow never charges testers an application fee, deposit, membership fee or any other cost to access work. If anyone claiming to represent VeriFlow asks you to pay first, do not send money and contact us at info@veriflow.fit.

Typical payments are €15–€40 per completed test. Most tests take around 40–60 minutes, depending on the number and complexity of the steps. The exact requirements, expected time and payment are shown before you decide whether to accept.

We review your application within 24 hours. If accepted, a named manager contacts you on WhatsApp, explains the programme and helps you register your account. You can then be offered the first suitable test when one is available.

You must be 18 or over and based in Ireland. No previous testing experience is required: every test includes instructions, and your manager can clarify anything before you start.

No fixed schedule or minimum volume of work is guaranteed. Test availability depends on demand from partner platforms and whether a test matches your profile. You choose which available tests to accept, and your manager lets you know when suitable work is open.

By bank transfer, in real money — no vouchers, points or gift cards. Once a test is approved, its payment is added to your balance. You can request a withdrawal from €15, and payments are sent within two working days of a valid request.

Information requested during a test is entered directly on the platform being tested as part of its own process; VeriFlow does not receive that information. Your manager explains what a test involves before you accept it, and you can stop at any point. VeriFlow will never ask you for a password, banking login or one-time security code.

You enter the account holder name and IBAN in your own secure account area when you are ready to withdraw. Do not send payment details through WhatsApp or ordinary chat. VeriFlow never needs your online-banking password or login credentials.

Every submission is reviewed. Payment is credited when the test is completed correctly and in full, following the instructions provided. Incomplete, duplicate or incorrectly completed work is not paid, so ask your manager before starting if any requirement is unclear.

Ask your manager for the reason and request a review. Every tester has a named manager available through the account area and WhatsApp. If something was missed or misunderstood, the decision can be corrected; you will not be left with a silent rejection and no way to question it.

Payments may count as additional taxable income. Your tax position depends on your circumstances, and VeriFlow cannot provide personal tax advice. Keep a record of your payments and check the current guidance on additional income from Irish Revenue or speak with a qualified adviser.
