These terms explain the rules for applying to and taking part in the VeriFlow paid user-testing programme. By submitting an application or accepting a test, you agree to follow the terms below.

Eligibility and applications

• You must be at least 18 years old and based in Ireland.
• The information you provide must be accurate and belong to you.
• An application does not guarantee acceptance or a minimum number of tests.

Choosing and completing tests

Available tests are optional. Before you accept one, your manager will explain the platform, required steps, expected time and payment. You may decline a test or stop before starting it.

To qualify for payment, a test must be completed correctly and in full, following the instructions provided. If anything is unclear, ask your manager before continuing. Incomplete work, duplicate submissions, fabricated evidence or work that does not follow the instructions may be rejected.

Payments

The payment for each test is confirmed before you accept it. Typical payments are €15–€40, depending on the work required. Approved balances can be withdrawn from €15 and are sent by bank transfer within two working days of a valid withdrawal request.

VeriFlow never charges testers an application fee, deposit, membership fee or payment to access work.

Accounts, security and conduct

• Keep your account and verification links private; do not let another person complete a test for you.
• Do not provide false information, manipulate a test result or submit the same work more than once.
• Do not share confidential test instructions, unreleased platform material or another person's personal data.
• Never send passwords, banking login details or one-time security codes to a manager.

Review and ending participation

You can ask your manager to review a rejected test. VeriFlow may pause or end participation where these terms are breached, information is false, security is at risk, or a partner platform withdraws a test. You may stop participating at any time by contacting your manager or info@veriflow.fit.

Privacy and changes

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. These terms may be updated when the programme changes; the current version and update date will remain available on this page.
